Had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in April of 2024 on our trip throughout Europe. I had made prior arrangements for the hotel to pick us up at the airport, which was just delightful. Driver delivered us to the hotel door and owner met me and my husband. Quickly showed us to our room which was beautiful. King bed, balcony and huge bathroom. Extremely comfortable room and clean. Every morning a full spread of breakfast is served. And always a cappuccino to go with it. The meal is quite extensive. Snacks are let out throughout the day. It was a delight to be so cared for and loved like family on our visit. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you Scott and Julie

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place is the definition of boutique. It is small (9 rooms), quiet, with outstanding service from Nelson, the manager. It is in a great location with clean and spacious rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely 5 star service! Beautiful B&B hotel in a perfect location, off the famous Via Veneto and near the Spanish Steps and the Borghese gardens. Our room was magnificent, breakfast every day was home-made with produce from the owners’ farm, and delicious. Lucrezia and her husband were incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations and even a recipe. The highlight for us was fantasising that we had our own apartment in Rome as we went in and out of the doors and up in the lift … I would stay there again in a heartbeat, and really want to come back. Thank you for such a perfect stay.

Using it as our home base to see the sights in Rome and Florence, we spent 8 nights here, last week. We truly cannot say enough about how impressed we were with the property and Lucrezia and her manager, Nelson. They keep this place running beautifully. Warm and welcoming…That’s what you feel! It’s a very intimate boutique hotel with breakfast being such a delicious surprise! Our deluxe room was surprisingly large with ample space for our things, and to spread out. Very nice large bathroom, as well. Simply and elegantly decorated and very comfortable.

This is a very welcoming and friendly boutique hotel . Rooms are modern, clean, quiet, with ample closet and drawer space. The AC was strong and quiet. Also, the large screen TV included outstanding program selections, such as Netflix and Prime Video... to name a few. Nelson, our host is very attentive to detail and making sure all your needs are met. The room included a fridge, Espresso machine, hot water and dispenser. Finally, a delicious breakfast is included. Nelson's English is excellent and he is quite knowledgeable regarding locations , culture and navigating.
